Tantra is a vein in Holistic Therapy. This means that all systems of the being (mental, emotional, spiritual, sexual & energetic) are addressed during Tantra practices and sessions.

"Tantra" means “woven together”, the dance of masculine (force) and feminine (flow) energies. 

There are many facets, or "colors" to Tantra, all varying in depth and focal points. Some are based on addressing psychological, emotional or sexual traumas. Others are focused on spiritual insight. 

By intentionally practicing Tantric techniques, you will connect deeper to your own energy, sparking change through awareness. You will begin to notice healing within yourself, and shifting your vibration to positively impact the world around you.

Healthy sexuality has an organic & synergistic mind-body-heart connection that allows energy to flow in-and-through the bodies of our being.

When someone has experienced psychological, emotional or sexual abuse, they are likely left with energy from that trauma (like guilt, shame, anger, etc) that can get suppressed or blocked in the mind or body, causing a meriad of dis-ease symptoms. These can show up as depression, disassociation, PTSD, anxiety, low self-esteem and hormone imbalance.

 The feeling of ease and relaxation is directly connected to your nervous system, specifically your parasympathetic nervous system. This is the system that is responsible for the "fight or flight" and "rest & digest" state.

Tantric healing sessions provide a non-judmental & loving space for you to rest in safety. This promotes regulation of your nervous system, allows for processing of emotions & encourages healing and restoration of your mind-body-heart connection.
